What is Blood Types Personality?
Blood type personality theory is a pseudoscientific belief that originated in Japan that links human blood types to certain personality traits According to this belief, a certain blood type can be seen as a predictor of personality traits, behavior, and even ability. As this belief has become more popular, blood type tests have proliferated in Japan and other countries, and a few books and magazine articles have been written on the subject.
Blood type personality theory divides people into four groups—A, B, O, and AB—each of which possesses distinct characteristics. People with Type A blood are believed to be honest, sensitive, and shy; Type Bs are seen as creative, individualistic, and flexible; Type Os are energized, outgoing, and optimistic; and Type ABs are rational, collected, and controlled.
