Derby Interesting, or “DI”, is an innovative team-based competition for high school-aged students in the United States Unlike traditional academic competitions focused on specific academic disciplines, DI focuses on the creative application of knowledge and problem-solving skills to real-world problems. DI teams compete in one of four field-based tournaments throughout the school year.
