Hmong people are an ethnic group which is a part of the Miao ethnic group that is native to Southwestern China They are an ancient ethnic minority group who were originally nomadic and moved around frequently. Hmong culture is one that has unique customs, beliefs, and language and is part of an oral tradition rather than written. The Hmong people migrated to many countries and parts of the world and they are now found in North America, Canada, Australia, and a few other countries. The Hmong people are well known for their strong sense of community and their willingness to help each other in any way they can. They are also known for their strong family values and their respect for elders. Hmong people have a rich culture and history, and have maintained many of their customs and traditions for centuries. The following are five best examples of Hmong people in the world today: 1. May Lee-Yang is an American author and playwright, who has written plays and articles that revolve around the themes of Hmong culture and identity. She is also an active Hmong professional and activist, who works to empower and advocate for young Hmong people today. 2. Yer Vang is a Hmong-American fashion designer who made his debut at the New York Fashion Week in 2016. He uses traditional Hmong designs and patterns in his creations and has been recognized for his unique and beautiful designs. 3. Nhia Lor is a Hmong-American artist who has done some amazing work with paper. His artwork incorporates traditional Hmong papercutting and symbols, which he uses to tell stories about his homeland. 4. Kong Yang is a Hmong-American author, filmmaker, and entrepreneur. He has written four books about his experiences as a Hmong person, and has also written and produced short films about Hmong culture and identity. 5. Mai Yer Vue is a Hmong-American singer-songwriter and actress. She has released four albums of her own music, and has also appeared in a few films and television shows in the US. She is also a passionate advocate of Hmong culture and identity. These five examples of Hmong people demonstrate a few of the amazing talents and talents that are being showcased around the world.
