Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice that has been around for thousands of years It is a practice that honors the connection between the physical and spiritual realms. This connection is often referred to as “shamanic connection”. When a shamanic practitioner enters into a state of altered consciousness, they tap into a deeper level of insight and understanding. They often journey to discover how they can help people, animals, plants and the environment. Shamanic connection is based upon the belief that everything is interconnected and that the physical world is an extension of the spirit world. It is believed that the energies of the spirit world can be harnessed to help us manifest our desires and manifest healing in our lives. By connecting to the world of spirit, we can gain knowledge and insight into our lives and the world around us. The five best examples of shamanic connection are: 1. Power Animal/Spirit Guide: It is believed that each person can have a power animal or spirit guide that is there to serve as a protector, teacher, and ally. Power animals are often identified during a shamanic journey and can be called upon for guidance and protection. 2. Ancestral Healing: Shamanic practitioners believe that we are connected to our ancestors and can work with them to heal physical and emotional wounds. By connecting to our ancestors, we can access their wisdom, experience, and love. 3. Soul Retrieval: Soul retrieval is a powerful technique used to return lost soul pieces to the individual. It is believed that when a person loses a part of their soul, they become disconnected from their true self and experience spiritual and emotional pain. Shamanic practitioners work to retrieve the lost soul pieces and restore balance in the individual. 4. Space Cleansing: Cleansing a space is a way to clear and release stagnant and negative energies. It is believed that when a space is cleansed, positive energy and blessings can then enter in to create a space of peace and harmony. 5. Working with the Elements: Connecting to the four elements of air, fire, water, and earth is a way to access the wisdom and healing energy of nature. By calling upon and honoring the elements, we can access their energy and use it for personal transformation. Shamanic connection is a powerful way to heal and grow spiritually. By connecting to our power animals, ancestors, and the elements, we can gain insight, clarity, and strength. We can also use shamanic techniques to clear and cleanse our physical and emotional spaces. By honoring the connection between the spiritual and physical realms, we can create powerful changes in our lives.
