The following five examples demonstrate the different ways in which law and government analysis can be used in various contexts: 1. Constitutional law: Constitutional law refers to the body of law governing the relationship between the government and the people. Constitutional law analysis helps identify areas where the government is overstepping its bounds, examine the effectiveness of current constitutional policies, and suggest recommendations for improvements. 2.
